The Kettler Paso 309 Upright Exercise Bike has an elegant, simple design that also incorporates enough features and build quality that will ensure that you get the cardio workout you want and at a price you’ll love.

Its German design and quality construction features an electronically controlled, 9 Kg flywheel with 16 levels of resistance. The Poly ‘V’ drive belt ensures smooth and quiet operation. The low, step-through steel frame offers both longevity and ease of use.

There are 6 workout programs and you get all the feedback you require via the backlit, digital LCD display. The feedback stats include; Time, Distance, Speed, Heart Rate and Energy consumption.

Built-in hand contact sensors combine with the Heart Rate Control Program that automatically adjusts resistance to give you the optimal workout.

Other features of the Kettler Paso 309 upright bike include; Self-righting pedals with toe straps, Transport casters, Built-in floor levellers and a Quick Start Feature.
