The Satura P EXT provides plenty of workout data feedback with its large twin LCD display screens including a sporty speedometer feature. The screen simultaneously provides performance data of speed, distance, time, pulse, RPM, heart rate and energy consumption.  Other capabilities include Heart Rate Control programming which automatically adjusts the brake resistance in order to to obtain and maintain a heart rate within an ideal targeted zone. The computer display will also visibly alerts with a change in color based on your whether one’s heart rate is within the targeted zone; Blue indicates below the zone; Green indicates the correct zone; Red indicates one’s heart rate is exceeding the targeted zone. Just a glance at the computer and you will easily know if you are in the proper zone. Thus, the sophisticated training programs are made as easy to understand as a common traffic light.  Other unique features include a console which can be tilted, accessory compartment with integrated book holder, heavy-duty transport castors and a set of bars at the very front of the machine to make moving your Satura P EXT easier.
