UPHOLSTERED PADS, CUSTOM MADE AND STOCK PREFORMED MOLDED PADS

Pumphouse Fitness can either custom manufacture new upholstered pad of specific size and colour, or we can supply you with pre-formed molded pads as those illustrated below.  Our custom pads are constructed from 3/4" plywood base to which we glue 8lb extra firm foam.  The extra firm foam is then covered with 1/2" of soft foam followed with top grade Ambassador vinyl.  Wear cover can also be provide allowing an upper covering that when worn out, can be replaced easily and inexpensively.
